Womens health & fitness is an important topic. A woman’s health is often self-monitored and looked after by a physician. However, fitness is usually only self-monitored.

Nutrition and exercise are both a large part of womens health & fitness. Women need to be sure to eat right and exercise regularly. If they do not they can be at higher risk for many diseases and disorders, including heart disease and diabetes.

Another large part of womens health and fitness in America is weight loss. Many American women feel that they need to lose weight. That is why there are a large number of weight loss programs and diets on the market for sale.
